if you are attending Student Life Camp this year, you must have two forms filled out and turne in. the first is the Student LLife Waiver and Release. Click the link below to pull that up. The second is the Consent and Release Form for the church. You may also open both, by clicking the links in the "Links" column on the left hand side of this page. Please make sure that you print these up, get them signed and notarized with your parent's signature, and turned in to the office.

The Halo 3 Tournament is scheduled for May 26th from 1pm - 5pm. To enter you must have a 4 man team, be able to provide one Xbox 360 and four controllers, and have Halo 3. Register your team in the youth room. We will only play the original maps. The cost to enter is $5 per person. The fous players on the winning team will each recieive a 3 month subscription to Xbox Live.
