Fundraisers: What I Need to Know
fundraising Fundraisers are ways to help you make all the events, retreats, and camps a reality. If you participate in any of these events, much less more than one, they can become  really expensive to be involved in. No one is expected to participate in all he events, however, you should be able to participate in the ones that are important to you.

The way to do that is to get involved in fundraisers. When you participate in a fundraiser, money that is earned is divided among those who helped and placed into an individual account for you. Unless otherwise specified, the funds are used for the next event you choose to be a part of. Then you just need to pay the remaining balance. You may choose to use those funds toward a different event at a later time, however it is your responsibility to communicate that the youth ministry office.

Those funds are available for one year. If they have not been used at that time, they are transferred into the general youth budget or scholarship account. Your earned funds cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
